Introduction:Why Blogging?

As with all such things, I believe an introduction is in order.

I was given the thought by one of my friends today that why don't I start blogging, an activity which, if nothing else, at least ensures that I do not waste my time sleeping or consuming vast amounts of food. Now who I am does not really matter as this is designed to be more an excercise in typing and general venting of feelings towards topics that I pick up from time to time. I would like to give out unbiased opinions on all topics covered here, but if I do spare enough time to write about them, then I surely have an opinion on them and therefore am biased from the very get go. Plus, it makes for more heated debating should anyone care to read and comment.

Now since obviously I want to cover topics which raise interest among the many others who use the internet, I would prefer readers to suggest topics of interest and I will try and write articles based on them with any material I can find. They might range from 'How I Spend My Day' to 'What Happened in Greek Economy', I shall endeavour to do my best.

Now to the anonymous nature of my Blog. I do not want to put a face to my articles as that would be harmful to the point why I have made it. I want to write blogs freed from regional bias and hopefully give as straightforward an opinion about concerned topics to the readers. I do not seek to pick sides as they will eventually happen regardless of what my intention is at the beginning of each piece.

With this, I hope to achieve nothing more than a casual reading session for you the reader and a way to express my thoughts about world events to which I am exposed. Hopefully you will support me in this venture.
